Shady Glen is the fifth episode of season three and the twenty-fifth episode of the series.
Summary[]
Seth and his team protect civilians from cannibal attacks.
Plot[]
Brasa releases a swarm of cannibalistic locusts in a neighborhood named “Shady Glen”, with the residents being attacked by the Xibalban myots, while the Gecko brothers also face another threat in the form of Earl McGraw’s daughter, Dakota, who is out for her own revenge for her father’s death.
The team manages to trace the source of the attacks to the local sewer and Dakota locates Richie at Shady Glen, also seeing Freddie talking to him. She gets an officer to help her until the officer gets infected as well and tries to bite her. The group manages to gather all the infected and tie them up until they can stop whatever is causing the problem. Seth becomes infected and tries to attack Dakota, but he and Melanie are being blocked by both Dakota and Ruben.
Later on, Tanner, Burt, and Scott manages to trace the source in the sewer in the form of a queen creature and the three destroy the Cipactli, returning the town and civilians to normal.
Amaru and Brasa go to Paula's house as she and her son were never infected by the water supply, being the pure of heart Burt was talking about. They take the two hostage as bait when Richie and Gonzalez go to confront them. Richie is paralyzed by Amaru, who takes him hostage with the help of Brasa.
